Richmond Ringette Association (RRA) will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, May 5, 2025, starting at 7:00 pm.
The 2025 RRA AGM meeting will be held in person only. You will be asked to sign in when arriving at the AGM.
The draft 2025 AGM Agenda and the draft 2024 AGM Minutes will be accessible from our website in early May.

The following Motion will be presented to the Membership at the AGM:
- "MOTION that Richmond Ringette Association brand as Richmond Riptide and purchase new jerseys and pants for all teams in the divisions U10 and above."
There will be examples of the jerseys and pants presented to the membership for discussion and comments. After the discussion and comments, there will be a vote to approve or not approve the motion.
A RRA Member is defined as any one adult member of a family unit registered, coaching or having a youth registered with the Richmond Ringette Association, or a director who subsequently has become a member. This includes all Members who were registered for the 2023/2024 Season and for the 2024 RRA Springette Program. A Member in good standing is entitled to one vote as outlined in the RRA By-Laws. Voting will be by a show of hands unless a secret ballot is specifically requested by any member present at the meeting. Votes are one per family.
The RRA Board is composed of dedicated volunteers that participate in monthly Board meetings. The following positions are open for the 2024-2025 Board:
- Registrar
- Vice-President
- Promotions
- Equipment Manager
- Member at Large
- Member at Large
- President - 1 nomination received
- Secretary - 1 nomination received
- Sponsorship - 1 nomination received
- Officials - 1 nomination received· Director of Player Development
These are two (2) year terms and will be up for election at the AGM. Position Descriptions are available on the RRA website https://www.richmondringette.com/content/board-positions
AGM Attendees are eligible for a $50.00 discount on you/your athlete’s 2025/2026 registration (discount per family, not per player). A discount code will be provided at a later date to be used when you register for the 2025/2026 Season.
A Door Prize of a 2025/2026 Season Registration Fee will be given away. You must be in attendance and signed in to be eligible to win.
