Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Business Owner and Community Partner,

The Richmond Ringette Association (RRA) is proud to be hosting our 31st Annual West Coast Classic Ringette Tournament in January 2027 at the Richmond Ice Centre.

As one of the largest ringette tournaments on the West Coast, we anticipate welcoming over 75 teams and approximately 1,200 young athletes from across British Columbia and Alberta, along with their families, coaches, and supporters.

The West Coast Classic is more than just a competition. It is an opportunity for young athletes to come together, build friendships, develop confidence, and celebrate teamwork and sportsmanship. With the generous support of our community, we hope to make this tournament a memorable experience for everyone involved.

We warmly invite your business to be part of this special event.

We are seeking sponsorships and donations to help support the tournament. Contributions of any size, whether financial support, gift cards, products, or services, would be sincerely appreciated.

Donated items will be used as prizes for our popular Family Fun Night Ring Toss and Raffle Table, adding excitement and enjoyment for our young athletes and their families.

As a token of our appreciation, we are pleased to recognize our sponsors through tournament signage at the Richmond Ice Centre, as well as on the RRA website and social media, in accordance with our sponsorship opportunities.

For more information, please see our attached Sponsorship Letter and Sponsorship Form. We would also be happy to discuss any opportunities that may be suitable for your business.

Your kindness and generosity help make events like the West Coast Classic possible. Every contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful difference to our young athletes and our ringette community.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We sincerely appreciate the support of our local businesses and community partners and hope you will consider joining us in making the 2027 West Coast Classic a success.

Warm regards,
