Registration for the 2024/25 season is open. Note that registration fees increase closer to the start of the season. 

Player Requirements

Players registered in FUN 1 to U19 must reside in Richmond to be on an RRA team unless an official release has been approved through the player’s home association.  For more information on releases, please contact registrar@richmondringette.com

Registration fees are payable by credit card only, we do not accept cheques or e-transfers.  

Registration fees will be processed in installments (with the exception of new players under 10 and goalies). The first payment at the time of registration and the second payment is on September 30, 2024.

Head Coaches receive a 50% discount on one player’s registration fees.

Assistant Coaches receive a 25% discount on one player's registration fees.

Financial Assistance

Programs such as Jumpstart and KidSport are available to assist with the cost of registration.  Applications must be submitted directly to these organizations.  Please contact registrar@richmondringette.com if you require further information.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to registrar@richmondringettte.com

Partial Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Prior to September 1 - Full Refund of registration fee and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25
  • Before September 30 - 90% of registration fee and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25
  • October 1 - November 30 - 50% of registration fee and subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25
  • NO refund after November 30

Registration Fee Increase

All costs to operate RRA for a season have increased over the past year.  This includes ice rental costs, LMRL player fees, Ringette BC player fees (which include insurance), Referee fees, team photos, coaching clinics/certifications, and various administrative fees.  

Team Fees

In addition to registration fees, each team will collect funds to cover the costs of team expenses such as tournaments, team parties, player gifts and volunteer appreciation gifts.
